Scope of this Privacy Statement This Privacy Statement applies only to the collection and use of information by Eidos Interactive Limited (“Eidos”, “us” or “we”) through the Eidos Trade http://www.eidostrade.com and Press Extranet at http://www.eidospress.com (“the Extranet”). It does not apply to information which may be collected by Eidos or any of its affiliates off-line, or through any other websites operated by Eidos or its affiliates. Changes Eidos reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement without notice to you. Any changes will be posted to the Extranet website. You should periodically click on the link to this Privacy Statement on the Extranet to review the latest version of this Privacy Statement. Your continued use of the Extranet following any changes made to this Privacy Statement will constitute your acceptance of any changes to the way we collect and use your information. Information that we collect from you In order to be able to access and use the services offered via the Extranet (“Service”) you need to complete a registration form. As part of the registration process you will be required to provide certain mandatory information in order for us to be able to assess your eligibility for the Service including: ● name and address of your organisation ● your email address and phone number ● your type of business organisation In addition, you will be required to register a user name and password in order to use the Service.
